SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from YCO Active, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office and/or FedEx. YCO Active does not hold responsibility or issue refunds for packages that state delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
All orders placed within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 3-6 business days (unless
otherwise noted on specific products). Please allow for up to 72 hours for order processing. Shipping is
free for orders over $200 shipped within the US and Canada.

Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American, Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times. No shipping guarantees on orders sent to manual review or backordered items. YCO Active is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance, YCO Active is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
YCO Active ships to most countries outside of the United States. You can select the ship-to country at checkout. All international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $30.00 USD, except orders to Canada. For rates to Canada, please see Domestic Shipping Guidelines above. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning duties and taxes will be charged by the shipping provider upon delivery to the customer. Payment of the taxes and duties is required to release the order from customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you! You have 30 days from your order date to request an exchange. Please make sure that all items are unworn with the original tags attached.
Once we receive your item(s), we will issue store credit to use for future purchases. All items are exchangeable, with the exception of Items marked FINAL SALE
Please contact customer care to process an exchange.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
All return shipping is free for customers in the United States. Customers located outside of the US are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through YCO Active. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
